Job summary

Whataburger is seeking Restaurant Team Members to deliver an amazing guest experience in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, maintain cleanliness across the lobby and restrooms, and ensure meals are served accurately and safely.

Team Members will monitor stock, follow FIFO, and communicate safety concerns to the manager while upholding company procedures. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor and correct cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, outside area, and back of house.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by serving accurate guest meals.
• Monitor stock levels of all supplies and restock as needed.
• Assist with putting away food orders and follow FIFO.
• Take food temperatures per guidelines.
• Communicate any safety and security problems to the manager.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push
• Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
• Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
• Frequent washing of hands
