Job summary

TICE Chicken Holdings in Alabama is seeking a Shift Manager for Popeyes. You will lead daily operations, greet guests, manage staff, and ensure quality and safety standards.

This role offers on-site work, training provided, and opportunities to grow within the fast-paced restaurant environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to Popeyes standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining room, restrooms, and exterior.
• Uphold health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Popeyes menu items and offerings.
• Ensure food quality and temperature throughout the day.
• Strive for efficiency to meet service standards.
• Fill orders accurately within mandated service times.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Maintain punctual attendance on shifts.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
