Job summary

Dunkin Heath is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to prepare food and beverages to Dunkin standards, serve guests at the front counter or drive-thru, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow recipes and brand guidelines, handle payments if needed, stock items, and communicate effectively with teammates and managers to ensure quick, friendly service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
