Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Picker Packer for our Belton, Missouri location. The position offers $17.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include selecting items with a scanner, packing boxes for shipment, and performing kitting duties as products move along the conveyor line.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; preferred background in warehousework.
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or inventory software is beneficial.
• Reliability, teamwork and accuracy are valued in this role.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily start-up meetings with your team.
• Pick orders using a scanner and place items into totes.
• Pack products into boxes for shipment.
• Perform kitting duties as items move along the conveyor.
• Assist in Panda area by moving boxes to labeling and locations.
• Operate a walkie rider to transport pallets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
