Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring for a warehouse-style role focused on picking and shipping orders to members and businesses. You will use a handheld device to locate items, assemble boxes, and prepare pallets for transport while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to club standards, with expectations to meet productivity metrics and provide excellent member service daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously using a handheld scanner.
• Pull merchandise from the selling floor and prepare orders for staging and shipment.
• Pack and label boxes, wrap pallets, and load shipments to carriers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized SFC area and assist with replenishment as required.
• Meet productivity targets and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
