Job summary

Chick-fil-A Forsyth is hiring for a Back of House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen. This on-site role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a strong commitment to food safety and teamwork.

You will prepare, cook, and assemble items to Chick-fil-A standards, learning multiple stations and helping the team handle rushes efficiently with reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• You do not need kitchen experience.
• Be coachable and willing to learn stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standard, fast and accurate through every rush.
• Learn the stations: fries, breading, boards, assembling, and prep.
• Keep food safety and cleanliness: temps, labeling, and clean-as-you-go.
• Stock and keep the kitchen orderly, with opening/closing tasks.
• Work safely around equipment and flag maintenance issues.
