Fogo de Chão in Rosemont, IL is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member to support our bustling kitchen and ensure the salad bar, side dishes, and desserts are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

You will help with inventory, keep areas clean, and assist with opening or closing duties. Weekend and holiday availability is required; full-time, hourly positions include medical, dental, and vision insurance along with company-paid life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Full-time team member eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes and desserts.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high standards.
• Manage inventory levels and the storage area.
• Track expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as directed.
