Job summary

Milk & Honey in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the kitchen sparkling and efficient during fast-paced service. You will work alongside a culinary team to ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next service.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate dishwashing equipment safely. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
