Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members to meal-kit and dine-in experiences in Peabody. You’ll master multiple roles, prepare items to Wonder standards, and help deliver warm hospitality to guests.

Team members ensure accurate orders, proper temperatures, and clean, organized stations throughout shifts. Alongside food preparation, you’ll support delivery operations, participate in local marketing activities, and help maintain a positive, energetic environment where growth into Trainer or Supervisor roles

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: maintain sanitation and cleanliness, restock equipment.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: support teammates, jump in where needed, maintain high energy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
