Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Canton, MA. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, assist guests, and support ordering and delivery processes. The role emphasizes fast-paced kitchen or front-of-house duties with opportunities for growth into trainer/supervisor roles.

Formación

• 6+ months experience in fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion control, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out.
• Greet guests, assist with orders and payments, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and help with light marketing activities.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Ride in with teammates, contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and take on additional duties as needed.
