Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishes are available by collecting soiled items and cleaning storage areas.
• Prepare dining areas for next shift and restock stations.
• Clean kitchen appliances and equipment and keep the dish pit tidy.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and supporting other staff as needed.
• Report food safety violations and keep dining areas ready for opening/closing.
