Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishes are available by collecting soiled items and storing them properly.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking stations.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Keep dish pit area clean and organized.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors and take out trash as needed.
• Support other staff with tasks as required.
• Report kitchen accidents or violations of safety rules.
