Job summary

Domino's in Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support daily kitchen and dining operations. You will collect soiled dishes, wash and dry them, and keep the prep and dining areas stocked and ready for service.

The role requires teamwork, strong time management, and adherence to food safety procedures. Training is provided; a Texas Food Handler certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and wash soiled dishes, store cleaned items properly.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchens for the next shift by cleaning and restocking stations.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen (ovens, makeline, etc.).
• Keep the dish pit area clean and organized.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors; respond to spills promptly.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Report kitchen accidents or food safety violations.
• Ensure dining area is ready for opening and closing times.
• Set up kitchen line before rushes and reset for next day.
