• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; participates in required trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous, friendly customer service and supports suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean work environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports hazards and pricing accuracy.
