R & R Breakfast Spot in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Restaurant Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and running smoothly. You will wash dishes, utensils and equipment, support the kitchen team, and help maintain a steady workflow during busy shifts.

This role requires a strong eye for sanitation, the ability to stand long hours, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. If you work well with cooks and servers and take pride in a tidy, efficient kitchen, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of fast-paced restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Washing Dishes: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Organizing: Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen organized and free of clutter, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Assisting Kitchen Staff: Support other kitchen staff by helping with food prep, unloading deliveries, and restocking supplies as required.
• Following Safety Standards: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all dishes are sanitized properly to prevent contamination.
