Qualifications

• Ability to operate cash register and process payments.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments and handle customer issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices and promote add‑on sales.
• Verify accuracy of guests' orders and prepare food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, dining room, restrooms and exterior spaces.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple stations (front counter, Drive‑Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.).
• Attend shifts punctually and follow uniform/grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Communicate professionally with customers, peers, and managers.
