Flynn Arby’s is hiring Team Members to join our fast-paced dining team. You will deliver friendly customer service, prepare and serve quality food, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

We value dependable individuals with good communication skills who can work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior food/hospitality experience is welcome but not required, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
