Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, inviting dining area. You will play a key role in preparing and serving food, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations across the front and back of house.

We value strong communication, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous restaurant experience is not required, and many teammates start with us and grow within the Flynn Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple tasks.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
