Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble all food orders correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, etc.).
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Take orders from customers, at counter or via intercom, and provide quality service.
• Prepare store for opening.
• Close store (restock supplies and clean facilities, food prep, and storage).
