Job summary

Carlisle LLC in Flowood, MS is seeking entry-level restaurant team members to join our busy dining operation. You will help prepare, portion and serve hot food orders, stock beverages, and provide quality service to each customer.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to stand for extended periods, and able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
