Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer basic guest questions.
• Assist in keeping the expo line organized, stocked, and clean.
• Support servers by clearing tables, resetting sections, and assisting with guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the dining room, expo area, and service stations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned.
