Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food Prep team member to assist with food preparation and support cashiers in fulfilling guest orders. You will serve customers, prepare items as needed, and help maintain station readiness.

The role requires 18+ years, English fluency, physical stamina for lifting, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an open-air dining environment. You will also help with inventory, safety procedures, and cleaning duties to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Interact with co-workers to meet service standards.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced team setting.
• English fluency required.
• Able to work in open-air environment.
• Lift 10–30 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Meet health requirements for food handlers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Handle inventory properly.

• Ensure that all food warmers are kept full.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures.
• Organize their station.

• Organize and clean the stand, remove garbage, and clean equipment.
