Job summary

EverStaff, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (6am - 6pm) in Solon, OH. The role involves operating production machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has basic math skills, can read production orders, and is able to work overtime as needed while adhering to safety guidelines. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery to meet order specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customer standards (cuts, folds, alignment, performance)
• Load raw materials and package finished rolls
• Record production data accurately
• Communicate machine or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines
