Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, roasters, grills, and steam kettles; regulate temperatures.
• Prepare, cook, and present meats, vegetables, and other foods.
• Season and garnish dishes as part of portion control.
• Test and ensure food is cooked to quality standards; follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods as required.
