Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of millwork assembly and woodworking processes.
• General carpentry skills desirable.
• Knowledge of using a variety of tools.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and stage material for assembly.
• Review work orders to ensure materials are provided and available.
• Cut components and ensure accuracy of cuts.
• Assemble custom millwork products based on specifications.
• Perform assembly and finishing processes required for production.
• Use templates and tools as needed.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule to customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety requirements when operating tools and equipment.
