Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked (dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash, restrooms).
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, eager to learn, reliable and honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain cooperative relationship with management and team.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell as a professional in all aspects of performance.
