Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Hardee’s Crew Members. No experience is required; you’ll join a fast-paced team delivering friendly service and quality food to guests. You’ll work with a team to keep the restaurant clean, well-stocked and ready for each shift, while following safety, sanitation and guest-service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds; standing and walking for shifts
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests
• Ensure guests receive quality products
• Interact with customers in a pleasant, upbeat fashion
• Keep the work area clean, stocked and organized
• Be punctual, reliable and honest
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures
