Job summary

Kemps in Minneapolis is seeking a Product Puller for the corrugated section to assemble orders, load, unload, and move materials within the plant and yard. You will ensure accurate counts, maintain organization, and document processes.

Teamwork and clear communication are essential. Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred; basic math and English literacy are required to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders in the corrugated section.
• Place assembled orders on proper conveyor or designated area.
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Support preventative maintenance plans
• Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues
• Complete production and quality logs
• Furnish accurate counts on load tags
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
• Report any food safety and food quality issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Follow DFA GMPs and regulatory requirements
