Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Cooks in Baton Rouge for an entry-level, high-energy kitchen role. The position offers paid training and opportunities to advance to Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer as you grow with us.

Starting pay is $11.00 per hour with a clear path for pay increases after training and performance evaluations within the first year. All shifts including opening and closing are available, and a fun, team-driven environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Paid training provided for every new Restaurant Cook.
• Entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors and dining areas.
• Take customer orders and process payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
