Raising Cane’s in Louisiana is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to support all shifts, from opening to closing. No prior restaurant experience is required, as paid training is provided to help you grow within the team.

Within the first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through training and evaluations, with opportunities to advance as you gain certifications and experience. Benefits are offered to hourly Crew members, including a 401(k) plan and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Entry-level position; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Take orders from customers and process payments.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Multitask effectively in a busy setting.
