Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and Alcohol Handlers Card within a reasonable timeframe after being hired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process orders through the cash register.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints in person or by phone.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain records of cash transactions and reconcile at shift end.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Keep the paddock lounge clean and organized.
