Job summary

An independent franchisee is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at Wingstop. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing their orders both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience. Candidates should be able to handle cash transactions, maintain a clean environment, and possess a Food Handler Certification. The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, and offers various benefits including health insurance and a 401k matching program.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Greet all guests in a friendly manner whether by phone or in person.
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery.
• Maintain a clean workplace and follow food safety procedures.
