Dunkin' Donuts in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support food and beverage preparation, guest service, and a clean, safe workspace. You will follow brand standards and help ensure quick, accurate orders while maintaining quality and safety.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will learn the menu, answer guest questions, and assist with drive-thru and front counter tasks. The role emphasizes guest focus, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude in a busy restaurant

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
Follow food safety standards
Prepare food and beverages
Assemble and package orders
Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
Serve and communicate with guests
Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
