• Able to lift 20 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dishwashers and servers to make sure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and ready for the next party.
• Support the kitchen staff during the busier times of the day with washing dishes if needed.
• Support servers by arranging tables for large parties and scheduled gatherings when needed.
• Observe tables and alert servers if guests need drink refills or other assistance.
