Job summary
St Jo Frontier Casino in Saint Joseph, Missouri is seeking a friendly Coffee Outlet Barista trainee to provide excellent customer service and craft drinks. Training is provided to become a Barista (Coffee Bartender) and you will learn to operate the register, handle payments, and enter tip information accurately.
The role is fast-paced and includes daily stocking, cleaning, and merchandising responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 1 year customer service experience required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in the Coffeeoutlet.
- Make all drinks required.
- Training provided to learn how to become a Barista (Coffee Bartender).
- Enter all transactions into the register and process payments, enter tip information, and account for funds.
- Keep register receipts organized and document refunds and voids with manager approval.
- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Perform daily store cleaning, stocking, and merchandising as instructed.
