Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a production operator to operate high-speed assembly lines and related equipment, ensuring finished goods meet work orders and quality standards. You will label and package products, maintain a clean 5S environment, and participate in safety and process improvements.

The role requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and solid English communication. Training provided; report to Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing and lifting.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates high-speed assembly machines, assembly and broaching equipment, and closing equipment.
• Performs quality checks and produces finished goods according to work order.
• Packages and labels finished products according to the work order.
• Communicates key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine actions.
