Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in automotive or parts sales.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service to walk-in, shop, and phone customers.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and technical support for parts and accessories.
• Process orders, payments, returns and credits with precision.
• Track down out-of-stock parts and handle urgent orders.
• Support outside sales reps with quick order fulfillment.
• Keep the parts counter clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Upsell related products and promote specials via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
