Job summary

Route 24 Auto Group in Brockton, MA is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Body Shop Technician to repair damaged auto bodies in a fast-paced collision center. You will follow manufacturer standards and estimates while maintaining safety and quality.

You will operate body shop equipment, verify parts, and communicate with management about repair progress and any delays. A valid driver's license is required, and Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Flat Rate Technician experience in collision center.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Pre-employment background screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
• Operate and use body shop equipment safely.
• Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered.
• Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
• Notify management of additional repairs or delays.
