Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work with the FAST team in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise standards, coordinating with the District FAST Supervisor, and performing other duties as assigned. Applicable to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
