Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own planograms, signage, price changes, and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Applicants should have retail/merchandising experience, good reading/writing skills, and be capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability expected.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store signage.
• Perform price changes and merchandise/fixture setup.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines.
