Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and complete in-store tasks from planograms to price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. You will work with District FAST Supervisors and Store Operations to ensure planograms are accurate and signage is current.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with team members to meet store goals and serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is expected.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count to complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidance in-store.
