Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage updates, and price changes in a store environment. You will assemble fixtures, support merchandising tasks, and maintain planogram integrity while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to assist across departments and contribute to a safe, productive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
