MOD Pizza, LLC is hiring a Crew Member in Houston, TX. You will prepare pizzas and salads, deliver a fast and friendly MOD experience, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

We value punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. This role requires the ability to work at least 16 years old and to obtain any required food safety certifications within 30 days of start date where law requires.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a passion for people, connect with guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interested in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old; some states have age restrictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and menu items following MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package orders ensuring timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming for guests.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code, deliver an excellent MOD experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality: friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from leaders.
• Share knowledge to support the team and restaurant.
• Greet guests and engage with them during visits.
• Maintain quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work closely with the squad to create the MOD experience.
