• Maintain store per management needs while delivering excellent customer service
• Complete transactions by scanning or keying prices, finalizing sale, and collecting payment
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted products (tobacco, alcohol, lottery)
• Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations
• Follow food handling and safety guidelines
• Keep store, register area and backroom clean and organized
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Operate cooking equipment properly
• Maintain exterior cleanliness of the store
• Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy
• Maintain a safe/secure environment per company safety methods
• Record time worked accurately
• Complete daily paperwork/record-keeping
