Responsibilities

• Assists customer by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, noting and passing along customer suggestions or requests, and performing other tasks to enhance the shopping experience.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call; acts on issues when the C-Store Manager is absent; maintains cash accountability records.
