Job summary

Wendy's franchisee is hiring crew members in Vicksburg, MS to join their fast-paced team. You will assist with order preparation, food assembly, and delivering friendly, efficient service to customers. Role involves handling the cash register, stocking and cleaning duties, and maintaining a welcoming dining area.

Training provided; prior experience is not required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work variable shifts with physical task requirements.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work by state and federal law.
• Knowledge of computers or cash register systems helpful.
• Good communications skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies
• Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service
• Preps store for opening
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)
