• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Cooks fast-food items in compliance with safety standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety.
• Keeps equipment, work area and facilities clean and in order.
• Processes sales transactions and collects customer signatures.
• Manages cash drawer and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
