Job Title: On Call Food Service Worker

Location: Viking's Table Food Truck - 700 24th Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, MN 55414

Schedule: On call; days and hours may vary per event. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Prior food truck experience preferred.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food properly following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following service steps.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follow all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
