Job summary

Oakberry Acai is seeking a Team Member in Florida to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing bowls and beverages, greeting guests, and keeping a clean, organized station. You will operate the POS and upsell add-ons to enhance sales, all while following food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 6–12 months of experience, strong communication, flexible availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to lift 20–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work every scheduled shift.
• Set up the store following Oakberry standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace always.
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, refreshers, toppings, snacks, beverages, and specials with excellent quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greeting, engage, serve, and close interactions warmly.
• Operate the POS system accurately, handle payments with integrity.
• Actively recommend add-ons and specials to elevate customer experience and increase sales.
• Restock items throughout the shift; maintain inventory organization.
• Assist with receiving vendor orders, inspecting items for accuracy and quality.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Wear the Oakberry uniform properly and adhere to brand standards.
