Job summary

Oakberry is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Florida location. You will prepare bowls and drinks, greet customers, operate the POS, and maintain a clean, organized store.

We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts. Flexible mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; in-person work with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.
• Flexible availability and strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work each shift.
• Set up the store following Oakberry standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, beverages, and toppings with quality presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and operate the POS system with integrity.
